- Scope of these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services, programs, trainings and appointments provided by Triunify.
Any other terms and conditions (for example those of the client or their organization) do not apply, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

- What Triunify does
Triunify works with entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals at the intersection of psychology, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Our services include coaching, therapy, programs, trainings and methodological interventions.
We work with care, professionalism and respect for the person behind the question or challenge.

- Professional standards
Triunify operates in accordance with the professional codes and ethical guidelines of the
Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) and the Dutch Order of Professional Coaches (NOBCO).
Care, confidentiality, professional boundaries and quality of work are guiding principles.

- Appointments and agreements
An appointment or program becomes binding once it has been confirmed, verbally or in writing.
Offers are non-binding and valid for 14 days, unless stated otherwise.

- Fees and payment
Individual consultations and advisory services are charged at an hourly rate of
€150 excluding VAT.
Year-long programs and intensive collaborations are customized.
The investment is agreed upon in advance and recorded accordingly.
Where legally applicable, individual healthcare-related consultations are exempt from VAT.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

- Cancellation or rescheduling
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in the full fee being charged.
• In cases of illness or force majeure, no costs will be charged.

- Coaching programs
A year-long program is entered into for the full agreed duration.
Such programs are intended to be completed and cannot in principle be terminated prematurely.
Only in exceptional circumstances may this be deviated from, at the discretion of Triunify.
In all other cases, the full agreed investment remains payable.

- Trainings and educational days
Registration for a training or educational day becomes binding upon confirmation.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to the start date does not entitle the participant to a refund.
- Participation may be transferred to another person free of charge
(please notify us at least 7 days in advance).
If a training or session is cancelled or rescheduled by Triunify, the paid amount will be refunded or a new date will be scheduled in consultation.

- Responsibility and liability
Triunify works with the utmost care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Any liability is limited to the amount paid out by Triunify’s professional liability insurance.
Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

- Confidentiality
All information shared is treated as confidential.
Personal data is handled with care and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
Information is only shared with third parties if legally required or with explicit consent from the client..

- Complaints
If you have a complaint, please inform us within 30 days.
We take complaints seriously and will always first seek a solution together.

- Applicable law and disputes
All agreements with Triunify are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If this is not possible, the competent Dutch court shall have jurisdiction.

- Final provisions
Triunify reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
The most recent version shall always apply and will be communicated clearly.
