About Triunify
A different psychology of leadership and entrepreneurship

Why leadership and entrepreneurship need a different psychology
Entrepreneurs and leaders operate in a reality that cannot be understood in isolation.
Decisions, responsibility, growth and tension are always shaped by both the personal and the business dimension.
Many approaches focus on either the individual or the organization.
But rarely on the space where both meet — where it truly plays out.
Triunify starts from that reality:
where psyche, body, leadership and organizational dynamics continuously influence one another.
What Triunify stands for
Triunify works at the intersection of psychology, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Not from abstract models, but from how people think, feel, decide and build in real life.
We approach leaders and organizations as living systems —
with their own history, internal tension and direction of development.
In these systems, blockages can arise through:
✔︎ unresolved experiences
✔︎ prolonged pressure
✔︎ fixed patterns
✔︎ personal or collective trauma
What becomes visible in behavior, results or stagnation often originates deeper:
in the psyche, the body, and the inner life of the people involved.
Triunify is rooted in entrepreneurship.
Both founders grew up in entrepreneurial families, familiar with the realities of ownership, responsibility and decision-making.
This creates a natural resonance with entrepreneurs and leaders.
That is where the work begins.
The foundations of the method
Triunify works with an integrated psychological framework for leadership and entrepreneurship.
This framework is applied across coaching, organizational interventions and education.
Its foundations include:
The Seven Pillars of Inner Development
A psychology focused on sustainable inner strength, maturity and integration —
bridging deep inner work with practical leadership application.
ECA Leadership Framework — Energetic Corporate Anthropology
Organizations are approached as living systems, with intelligence, tension and direction.
This framework makes underlying organizational dynamics tangible and workable.
Cellspotting
A method to precisely locate and release blockages at the intersection of psyche, body and awareness —
beyond purely cognitive understanding.
Within coaching programs and the Triunify Academy, these methods are transferred, refined and applied —
helping leaders not only to solve issues, but to understand what is really happening in themselves and their organization.

Dirk Jan Versluis
Psychologist (MM, MSc), with broad experience in healthcare, leadership development and entrepreneurship.
From an early age, Dirk Jan worked with people navigating complex internal landscapes —
from trauma and identity questions to leadership pressure and responsibility.
His background spans therapy, high-performance coaching and work with entrepreneurs, medical professionals and executives.
Dirk Jan does not approach leaders as “systems to optimize”,
but as human beings who decide, carry responsibility and shape reality.
His work integrates psychological depth with clarity, structure and direction.

Anne-Marie Versluis
Anne-Marie grew up in an entrepreneurial family and knows the dynamics of family businesses, responsibility and loyalty from the inside.
She began her professional career in finance before transitioning into therapeutic work, where her focus increasingly moved toward trauma, embodiment and inner resilience.
Within Triunify, Anne-Marie works at the intersection of leadership, relational dynamics and inner tension.
She is co-developer of the ECA Framework and works closely with leaders around topics like motherhood, identity, responsibility and emotional patterns.
