ECA Leadership Framework – Introduction Training
Develop insight into the psychology and the living body of your company
Entrepreneurs build companies.
But they are rarely trained to truly understand the psychological and energetic dynamics of their own organization.
In this introductory training, delivered one-on-one or in a very small group, you learn to approach your company the way you would approach a human being — with attention to tension, history, patterns and direction.
No dry analyses or management models.
A skill you can train.

What this training gives you
After this training, you will be able to:
✔︎ more quickly identify where tension and blockages arise
✔︎ recognize decision points beneath numbers and observable behavior
✔︎ understand where systems protect themselves or get stuck
✔︎ learn to observe without falling into analysis or explanation
✔︎ make clearer, more precise decisions — especially under pressure
Not to become softer,
but to lead with more clarity and stability.
Who this training is for
This introductory training is primarily intended for:
✔︎ entrepreneurs
✔︎ directors and senior leaders
✔︎ professionals with final responsibility for a company or team
For those who sense that:
✔︎ the numbers look right, but the essence feels off
✔︎ strategies work on paper, yet something underneath keeps resisting
✔︎ external expertise helps, but also creates dependency
Coaches and organizational consultants are welcome,
but this is not a coaching or certification program.
The ECA Leadership Framework® — in brief
The ECA Leadership Framework® approaches organizations as living systems.
ECA stands for Energetic Corporate Anthropology.
You learn to observe:
✔︎ where tension becomes fixed
✔︎ where energy leaks or stagnates
✔︎ how history continues to influence the present
✔︎ where direction is missing or avoided
Not as theory, but as directly applicable perception.
What this training is (and is not)
This is:
✔︎ a skills-based training
✔︎ practical and experiential
✔︎ working with your own company as the case
✔︎ learning to observe beyond the surface
This is not:
✔︎ therapy
✔︎ coaching
✔︎ a psychology course
✔︎ an analysis or discussion session
You learn to see what normally remains unseen.

Experiences from entrepreneurs and leaders
“A question, silence, attuning to what can be felt, exploring, going deeper, giving meaning. These are the words that describe working with Dirk Jan. I have taken a major step toward standing fully for who I am and what I bring. I feel meaningful again in my encounters with others. A real richness.”
— Organizational coach
“Before lunch, I had already learned more than I had hoped for. The rest of the day was pure gain.”
— Director, retail chain
“I used to approach systems and concepts mainly from my head, which left me constantly exhausted. With Dirk Jan and Anne-Marie, I learned not to solve, but to look, feel and act differently. This created space again — in myself and in my work.”
— Manager in healthcare settings
